According to the guide, Christmas Year Round: A Guide to America's Christmas Shops (Warren, Mich.: Harmonie Park Press, 1991), in Florida, Christmas shops are located in Altamonte Springs, Brooksville, Clearwater, fort Lauderdale, Lake Buena Vista, Miami, Orlando, Pinellas Park, Sarasota, St. Augustine, and Vernadina. If any of the cities are nearby for you, you might consider interviewing shop owners. Usually they are very knowledgeable and often have information on local craftspersons who make christmas ornaments. Pleaswe feel free to contact me if you need additional information.
