Thank you for your interest in the Laplander Father Christmas Collection. These keepsake’s are works of art that will be passed along family lines for generations, along with the memories and spirit of Christmas they help to cerate. Laplander dolls bring a little piece of an old-fashioned Christmas to today’s world.
I have been creating and selling Father Christmas dolls for the last three years. They are quickly becoming recognized as the premium collectable Father Christmas art figurine available today. My Christmas dolls start by individually sculpting each head in my studio. These faces are not stamped out of a mold like other imitators. Hand blown glass eyes are selected for the sculpture and they are delicately fitted to the doll. After firing, the head is hand painted and the hair is applied. The dolls are then adorned with vintage fabrics and toys.
