You can either upload your image here and specify any pre-design templates, word art. You can also email us your specifications to design@stockingfactory.com and we shall create the design for you free of charge.
Part of the ordering process is design proof. Before we print on your ornaments, we email you a design proof for approval. Only after you approve the proof, we will go to production with your ornament. So please look out on your email address for email from art@stockingfactory.com that will have your mock up or order art proof for approval.

You can choose from the standard ink colors. We can also print practically any ink color, Click here for a link to most popular ink colors and the Pantone Color Chart.... (be patient, this is a 500 k download) but printing in other inks that standard ink colors on this product line carries custom ink charge of $25 per custom PMS ink color.
You can also design the ornament online yourself in our Ornament Designer Studio. Click here to Design your Ornament Online> Once you design your ornament online you can just return and order it here, indicating your have already created your design online or place your order over the phone via our toll free 800-761-XMAS.
It takes about 5-9 business days after you approve the design proof to produce your ornament, then add another 3-5 business days for FEDEX ground shipping. Expedited/faster production and shipping times are available at upcharge, just give us a call toll free 800-761-XMAS if you are in rush.
Each ornament is packed in indivudial gift box at no additional cost. Gift box choices are available and shown in the image display at top of this page.
You can pay online using a credit card. You can also choose a payment method by check as part of our checkout process. If you choose check payment method, we shall call you or you can call uswith details, such as if you are mailing a physical check or if you wanted to bay using Check - By - Phone method.
As you add items to the shopping cart, the cart will have a screen with shipping estimate to US mainland destinations, so you can see shipping costs and options right away before you proceed with checkout. Once you create an account and provice your actual ship to address, the shipping costs, times and methods of shipment will be clearly presented to you as part of your checkout process.
We are happy to send a free sample ornaments with some other customer's imprint so you can see the quality of the ornament, print and packaging or use the free sample as a part of your presentation in case you are working with a committee who will decide on the ornament purchase. Please allow 10-12 days for receipt of the free sample. For free sample please email to orders@stockingfactory.com with your name and address and specifications what kind of ornament should we send.
