18" Velvet Red/Olive Cuff Ribbon Snowflake Christmas Stockings

This Christmas Stocking is a nice 18" size stoking, not too small, not too large. It is made out of olive and red velvets and it has a nice appliqued ribbon and gold snowflake motif. The body of this Christmas stocking is dark red velvet and the cuff / ribbon applique is olive green.

Names can be personalized on the olive green cuff of this Christmas stocking with GOLD metallic embroidery thread to compliment the appliqué design.

MATCHING A SET YOU BOUGHT FROM US IN PAST YEARS?  This is a new design based on 2006 - 2008 Series which is very similar but NOT identical.  Take a look at the thumbnail images on this page, one of them is a photo comparing our 2009 design with past year's design.  The differences in the design are as follows:

• The boot is shaped little differently
• The velvet fabrics are similar but not identical (we depend on fabrics available on the market in the manufacturing facility)
• The velvet colors do not match exactly.  Our current red velvet appears to be slightly more towards purple compared to the previous years designs.
• The shape of the applique star and ribbon is diffferent.
• The embroidery in gold thread that frames the ribbon applique is different

So if you are matching set bought here last year or in 2006 / 2007 please be aware this stocking will be close but NOT EXACT match to this year's model.

Measurements: Measured along the diagonal from the top left hand corner to the toe, the stocking measures 18 inches, and the width along the cuff is 7.5 inches. The inside of the stocking is fully lined.

Materials and Design:  The body and cuff  of this Christmas stocking is made out ot velvet and the applique ribbon is constructed out or non woven material matching the color of the cuff.  The applique star is gold metallic synthethic material and appliques are framed in metallic gold embroidery thread.  The inside lining is in  matching color satin.  The stocking is also padded inside between the lining and the exterior velvet, which gives the stocking soft feel, it holds its shape very nicely - just a superior quality workmanship!

Lining:  Yes, this Christmas stocking is lined inside with fine satin material that matches the color of the stocking.

Each name is machine embroidered with the first letter in upper case and the remaining letters in lower case.

For group orders of 2 or more stockings, we will do our best to adjust the font size of the letters so the monogrammed letters are uniform in size. For example, if your order has the names Mom, Dad and Christopher, we will embroider the longest name first and then adjust the font size of the shorter names to match the font size of the longest name, otherwise the shorter names will appear to be disproportionately large. If you want the largest letters available monogrammed on the cuff, please specify SHORT versions of names, such as Mom/Dad/Chris instead of Mom/Dad/Christopher.
