PRODUCTION TIMES:

During the holiday rush we usually rush ship personalized items. Out of season (December 23rd through Sept 30th we ship your custom embroidered item in less than 6 days from the time you place your order.
EMBROIDERED ITEMS: check the banner in this paragraph - we update the embroidered items production time frequently as our production backlog changes daily. When you place your order, we process your payment and pull the inventory. In the event that we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we shall email you notifications asking you if you want to back-order any items that are out of stock, cancel the out of stock items or make a substitution.
After we pull the inventory and customize the items in your order, we will pack your items safely. Once your order is packed and ready for delivery, we will email you a tracking number or delivery confirmation number. Our shipping carriers pick up packed orders daily.
You can check the status of your order ONLINE by logging into your account and reading the COMMENTS section for tracking information.
Orders received after December 22, 2009 Midnight Eastern Time will be shipped after January 4th 2010.
Our holiday elves are working 18 hour shifts to produce your personalized items and will begin their vacations when the last package has been handed off to the shipper. Get your orders in early to guarantee that you receive the items you have ordered on time.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS and OPTIONS: We ship within the USA by priority mail on smaller packages and Fedex Ground on larger packages. Your BEST rate postage quote generated by our shopping cart covers Priority Mail/Fedex Ground charges, including handling/packing. USPS Express Mail is NOT RELIABLE during the holiday rush in December and is not guaranteed, thus we prefer to use Fedex 3 day air for Air Economy delivery and Fedex Next Day Air for overnight shipments. Our prior experience makes us cautious. We want you to receive your orders in time for the Christmas holiday.

Based on these numbers we see it could take up to 9 days for a priority mail package to reach you during holiday rush, but most priority mail packages reach their destination in 3.1 days.
We also offer 2 day and next day air within the USA and our shopping cart will provide you with the shipping charges for whatever option you choose. Below is the Fedex Ground transit map so you can estimate how long it will take for your Order to arrive if you choose the ecomony shipping method. We also ship to Europe, Australia, New Zealand and most countries in Asia. The shipping method we use to ship internationally is United States Post Office Global Priority Mail with average transit times of 7 to 15 days to any destination.
RETURNS: As our products are personalized especially for you, therefore, we do not accept returns unless they are defective, as those items cannot be reused for another sale. However, we do accept returns on unpersonalized items if returned in the same new condition you received it in, and you pay the shipping cost to return it to us. We must receive the return within 7 calendar days of the date you received the package. Call our Customer Service Department at 305 872 9391 for return authorization.
RETURN POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If you received a defective product we will be happy to remake it FOR YOU and reship it free of charge.
CRAFTSMANSHIP: We customize the stockings by embroidering them and personalizing them for you. Be sure to look at the pictures of each item on our website to get a good idea on how it will be personalized. Embroidered items are showcased on each product page where the embroidery option is available. Embroidered Christmas stockings and hats will last you lifetime.Ornaments are personalized in permanent ink that will not smudge if touched. Some of our samples are over 10 years old and still look great!
We also carry a large line of CUSTOM LOGO imprinted ornaments and stockings - those are bit different from our regular retail items as the printing process used for production of these items is fully automated and we must produce at least 100 or more per unique item per order to provide you with competitive prices.
ORDER QUANTITIES: Our machine embroidered items and personalized photo bulbs can be ordered in quantities of one or more. Machine imprinted logo ornaments have HIGHER minimum quantities: 100 or 140 - depending on type of item or time of a year. If an item has greater than a one unit minimum order, it will be clearly stated in the item detail description.
